Simulation is well known for its use in teamwork training as well as a safe haven for making mistakes without harming patients.  It also been shown to be effective in identifying patient safety threats and has been used to improve systems.  The articles and short movie below will help start the discussion and exploration of simulation as a tool to be applied beyond education and focusing on systems.  Ultimately, we can use simulation to help refine systems not just the individuals within them.
